Relocating to Gainesville Area
I'm considering relocating this year to Gainesville. Currently in the Brandon area for a long time. It's changed tremendously and I'm disillusioned... Raising "second" family (ages 6 &8 with 2 older ones in college) and have heard wonderful things about Gainesville! In addition, planning to return to college for an advanced nursing degree. What area should I be focusing on for kdis schools, community life, etc.?

There is a new school being built off 39th rd and its got a lot of people talking about it in a positive way. go to http://www.sbac.edu/~wpops/zoning/zoning0304/index.html to find the school map zoning. are you looking to rent/buy?
