A place for moms to connect
new to Gainesville
We moved to Gainesville in April and are finally getting somewhat settled. Our 2 1/2 year-old is going to daycare now. I was a stay-at -home mom until now and I'm having the hardest time finding employment and I'm getting very frustrated as funds are running out.
I've been looking on MANY job-search sites, applied for many positions, but got nothing!
I stopped looking on craigslist as they are all scams!
Does anyone know of any office/data entry-type jobs (or anything else) available?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what positions are available but check out shands.org they usually have openings : )

You should check on jobs.ufl.edu, if you haven't already; there are always office jobs available there. Usually good pay, too, and the benefits are nice.
