baby sitter

I'm in desperate need of a good daycare or private babysitter for my 16month old. I hate having to work but bills are coming in and they need to get paid. I travel to Gainesville and my work hours are from 6am-2:30pm M-F. I know its early but that's what working in the medical field brings, well sometimes!!!!!
