Daycare assistance

Does anyone know of any programs that help single moms with childcare? I have two children ( 19 month old and a 7 year old which I still have to pay for after school for him as well). I have contact the ELC but I do not qualify under them even though I can't even pay all my bills...Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!See More
