Selling Rock and Play (still in the box)
Hey fellow moms!
My husband and I just had our first. We received a Rock and Play as a gift; unfortunately we already had more than enough places for the baby to sleep.
We couldn't return it because it's a Toys r Us exclusive, we didn't get a gift receipt, and telling the giver would likely end in hurt feelings.
We've listed it on Craigslist here. Please pass this along to anyone you know who might be interested. We'd love to be able to get something we need and save someone a trip to the mall at the craziest time of year.

I hate toys r us return policy! I just don't understand why they refuse to give store credit. I got several clothing items that were too small for my daughter (she's tall for her age and was way past sizes as a baby). I ended up complaining to the clothing company and they exchanged the clothes for me. I wanted the same item just one size larger. I even had all the tags still on. I rarely shop there anymore.
If you have trouble selling it, maybe the Fisher-price would exchange it for something else.
