Piano teachers in Gainesville?

Hi Moms,

 

We're moving to Gainesville in the summer and are looking for a good pianist who gives piano lessons to young children (our son is 5 yrs old). Any recommendations will be highly appreciated!

Call Will Johnson at Hoggetowne Music-he has worked with my daughter since she began at 8 and is wonderful! He does everything from classical to jazz to rock but always makes sure that the kids learn properly and enjoy playing. He gets their input for music and moves lessons at a great pace for the student. All lessons are right there at the music shop too.

Joannie Scott in Alachua has been working with my children for almost 10 years. She is a great teacher who focuses on learning to be good music readers. She also likes to make the lessons fun for the kids.
