A place for moms to connect
Moving to Gainesville in June
Hi!
We (my husband and now 6-month-old daughter) are moving to Gainesville in June and need advice on apartments. We might eventually buy something but want to rent for a while until we get to know the area. We are looking for a 3 or more bedroom place with a nice pool and preferably in a more quiet/less student-filled complex. We have looked online at a few places but were wondering if anyone might have any personal knowledge or experience with any of these places, or have suggestions of other places we should look at:
-Legacy at Fort Clarke
-Hunter's Run
-Park Lane

I live in the neighborhood next to Park Lane. They seem to be very nice and the location is great! There are also a lot of houses for rent that maybe along the same price line. We have a 7 month old son and I appreciate having the yard that we can set up a mat and swings, etc....
