Junior Fire Academy Summer 2012
Good afternoon! I am happy to announce that we have set the dates for the Summer 2012 Junior Fire Academy!
The Junior Fire Academy is put on by Gainesville Fire Rescue and it is a one week summer camp for middle school students (going into 6th grade through coming out of 8th). Each day, the JFA candidates get to do the same activities, schedule, and duties that our Firefighters do.
Do you have a middle schooler that might be interested? We are now accepting applications. The applications are due back no later than May 10th, 2012 and we will only be accepting 20 candidates. So get your app in early!
We hope to see your middle schooler this summer!
