A place for moms to connect

I never thought of this, but it definitely makes good sense. When parents leave their cars running outside of schools at pick-up time, they are heavily polluting the air that the children then have to walk through when they are dismissed. The article I just read says the pollution can cause asthma, bronchitis and pneumonia in kids, among other health problems. And since children breathe in more air for their size than adults, they may be affected more than the parents waiting to pick them up.
