Hi Laura! I run a free website: www.fun4gatorkids.com that lists all the family friendly events, kids activities, childrens programs, youth sports, schools and more in the Gainesville area. I also put out a monthly free eCalendar of events - you can sign up for the calendar on the website if you're interested.

Hi Laura! Welcome to Gainesville and to GainesvilleMoms.com! We have a great group of moms on the site. Every month we usually have a moms' night out. And tomorrow, we are actually having an anniversary party for the site with pizza and cake. We'd love for you and your family to join us!

I love taking my little one to Morningside nature park every Wednesday at 3 pm- the kids get to run around on the farm and feed the animals- chickens, pigs, sheep and a cow. We're usually there for about an hour, my little one loves to linger along with the sheep.
