Just wanted to say hi from a great-grandma. I have been reading Gainesville Moms for a long time and really enjoy the posts. Every once in a while I wish I were a member so I could respond. Today was the day I decided to not just be a reader. Reading this daily keeps me up to date on the latest things for babies and young children.
My husband and I are both retired but have no family in Gainesville. We moved back here in 1994 so my husband could continue working. He was eligible to retire at the time but didn't until 1/3/12!! We lived in Savannah, GA for 29 years so that is where most of our family is. We have 4 children 46-52, 12 grandchildren 12-33, and 14 greats 2-15. Number 15 Haidynn Michelle is due next month.

Hi Dee. My children are grown, but I enjoy this site also. I don't have any grand children yet, but I want to be up on things when the time comes. I am a second grade teacher, so I like to get the mom's perspectives on things too.
