Daycare assistance
Does anyone know of any programs that help single moms with childcare? I have two children ( 19 month old and a 7 year old which I still have to pay for after school for him as well). I have contact the ELC but I do not qualify under them even though I can't even pay all my bills...Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately ELC is the only place that I know of that offers childcare assistance. I am friends with several single Moms and most of them utilize ELC.
Did you complete an assessment/interview with them? I would try again, if anything they may put you on a waiting list. Some daycare and daycare homes can offer discounts, but of course that is at the discretion of the owner.
