Are there dog friendly restaurants in town or other dog friendly fun place?

We bring our dogs everywhere we can. :) We like the Swamp restaurant, McAlisters, Peach Valley, and Big Lou's Pizza because they are so accomidating to the dogs. Peach Valley even has dog bowls they bring out. Most places with outdoor seating allow dogs. We adore taking our dogs to Matanza's Inlet, south of St. Augs and Crescent Beach. It is dog friendly and the water is so calm that the dogs just love swimming around. You can even walk out to a sandbar (the dogs have to swim) and the dogs can run around out there too. I've attached pictures of my girls at Matanzas. Have fun!

Thank you Katharine for the information! We will try these restaurants and the beach. Your girls look gorgeous! Have you tried going raft with them before? I just bought a life jacket for my dog and wonder where I can go raft with her.

Kathy, I'm not sure about rafting. I don't think dogs are allowed at any of the springs nearby (probably better they aren't bc I'd be scared of gators anyway). I've always wanted to take my girls in a kayak but haven't yet. What kind of dog(s) do you have?

There is also a restaurant called Gator Tales off of 34th St. that you can bring your dog to as well. Friends of ours frequent there often with their dog (don't know if it is patio only), and they provide dog bowls with water from what I understand.

I am from Pinellas County, and in Dunedin at Honeymoon Island they have a dog beach. It is really nice out there.
