Daycare for an 18month old

Looking for recommendations for full time daycare.... and recommendations on who to avoid! My daughter is 18 months and I would love a program with a good curriculum but also extra activities she can join in on when she gets a bit older.

New to town, new to parenthood! o_O

Hello Everyone!  My name is Robin, 31 yr old professional, who after years of dating, most of them long distance,  am finally moving to town next weekend for good.  As fate will have, in the midst of it all we found out we're going to be first time parents! [Not unplanned, just letting nature decide when.  First times a charm, who knew! :P ] 

I barely know ANY ONE in town, especially Moms! This has moved to the top of my list of serious stresses of moving.  I have no idea about this…
